Promotion Overview: This promotion offers eligible individuals the opportunity to compete in a skill-based soccer “Contest” to win a trip to Spain to attend clinics at the Real Madrid Club de Fútbol ("Real Madrid") practice facility (full prize details are set forth in Section 8 below). The promotion includes 2 phases: A registration phase (from March 10 - June 7, 2026) and a skills-based Contest that will take place from May 19 - June 9, 2026. In order to participate, eligible individuals must timely register for one of the available half-day soccer “Clinics” offered in the following cities on select dates: Davie FL, Washington D.C., Houston TX, Overland Park KS, Los Angeles CA, and Chicago IL (each, a “Clinic Location”). The specific dates, times and locations for each Clinic are listed in Section 5 below. Each Clinic Location will offer 2 Clinics, each for 125 individuals who have registered on a first-come, first-served basis. Participants who attend the Clinic will be evaluated by independent, qualified coaches/judges, based on the judging criteria set forth in Section 6 below. There will be 16 Contest winners. At minimum, 2 winners will be selected from each Clinic Location. To ensure gender diversity among the winners, the top 4 scoring males and the top 4 scoring females from all Clinics combined will be selected as potential winners. Additionally, 8 more potential winners will be selected based on the highest remaining score, regardless of gender, provided that if any Clinic Location does not yet have 2 winners after the first 8 potential winners have been determined, the highest-scoring remaining participant(s) from that Clinic Location will be selected before any remaining at-large selections are made.

1. Eligibility: The Abbott Dream Team (the “Promotion”) is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are at least the age of majority in their state of residence (18 in most states, 19 in Alabama and Nebraska) as of May 19, 2026, but no older than 19 years of age. Employees, contractors, agents, directors and officers of Abbott Laboratories, The Specialized Marketing Group, Inc., all other advertising or other vendors involved in the Promotion, and any of their parent and affiliate companies as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each such person are not eligible. The Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.

2. Sponsor: Abbott Laboratories, 100 Abbott Park Road, Abbott Park IL 60064. Administrator: The Specialized Marketing Group, Inc., 77 Waukegan Road, Suite #201, Deerfield IL 60015.

3. Agreement to Official Rules: Participation in this Promotion constitutes participant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s and Administrator’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to this Contest. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

4. Timing: Registration begins on March 10, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. ET and ends the earlier of when 125 registrations have been received for the applicable Clinic or 2 calendar days (at 11:59 p.m. local time) before the Clinic is scheduled to take place, whichever occurs first, as set forth in the table below.

The Contest will take place starting May 19, 2026 and end on June 9, 2026 after the conclusion of the last Clinic. Administrator’s servers are the official time-keeping devices for the Promotion.

5. How to Register: In order to enter the skill based Contest, you must participate in 1 of the 12 following soccer Clinics, each made available for free to the first 125 registrants on a first come, first served basis. Each Clinic Location below will host both a morning and an afternoon Clinic.

· Miami Area Clinics, taking place Tuesday, May 19, 2026, at AutoNation Field, 7620 SW 36th St., Davie, FL 33314;

· Washington DC Clinics, taking place Thursday, May 21, 2026, at Howard University, 635 Gresham Place NW, Washington, DC 20001;

· Houston TX Clinics, taking place Wednesday, May 27, 2026, at South Houston High School, 3820 Shaver St, South Houston, TX 77587;

· Kansas City Area Clinics, taking place Tuesday, June 2, 2026, at Shawnee Mission Soccer Complex, 9300 Nieman Rd, Overland Park, KS 66214;

· Los Angeles CA Clinics, taking place Thursday, June 4, 2026 at Cal State LA, 1984 Paseo Rancho Castilla, Los Angeles, CA 90032;

· Chicago IL Clinics, taking place Tuesday, June 9, 2026, at Intentional Sports, 1841 N Laramie Ave, Chicago, IL 60639.

Morning Clinics will take place starting with check-in opening at 8:30 a.m. and end at 12:00 p.m. Afternoon Clinics will take place starting with check-in opening at 12:30 p.m. and end at 4:00 p.m. All Clinic times are local time. Each Clinic is free to attend and has an approximate retail value of $150 per person.

To register for a Clinic: Visit www.abbottdreamteam.com and follow the links and instructions to complete and submit the registration form, including your first name, last name, valid email address, valid home address (P.O. Boxes are not permitted) and check the boxes verifying you are either 18 or 19 years old as of May 19, 2026, have a valid passport for travel to Spain and that you agree to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. You will also be required to present photo identification and sign a liability waiver and publicity release at Clinic check in in order to participate. Once the maximum capacity of 125 participants per Clinic has been reached, registrants will be put on a waitlist. Participants will be notified by email within 24 hours of registration if they have secured a place in a Clinic or have been placed on a waitlist. A registered participant can cancel by emailing their cancellation request to abbottdreamteam@tsmgi.com. Waitlisted registrants will receive notice of receiving a spot in their chosen session at least 7 days prior to the event. Limit 1 registration per person.

Participation in the Contest: Attend and compete in your selected Clinic to enter the Contest. Each Clinic will consist of 1 hour of soccer drills, including shooting, passing and dribbling drills and small-sided games/scrimmages and a 1 hour education session focused on nutrition and hydration. A Real Madrid coach and assistant at each Clinic will run the soccer drills and also serve as the qualified judges for the Contest. Sponsor may substitute alternate qualified judges. Judging criteria for the Contest is set forth in Section 6 below.

Sponsor may, in its discretion, film and/or photograph participants during each Clinic (“Contest Footage”). All Contest Footage will be owned by Sponsor as set forth in the Publicity section below. Sponsor has no obligation to film Contest Footage or to use any Contest Footage that is filmed.

Note: Participation in physical activities has inherent risks. Each participant is responsible for assessing their ability to participate in any Clinic activities and is solely responsible for all risks related to such participation. There exists an inherent risk of exposure to communicable illness in any public place where people are present. By traveling to and attending a Clinic, participant voluntarily assumes all risks related to exposure to COVID-19 or other communicable illnesses.

Limit: Each participant may only register for 1 of the 12 Clinics and may only attend 1 Clinic. Registrations received from any person or email address in excess of the stated limit will be void. Registrations generated by script, macro or other automated means are void. In the event of a dispute as to any registration, participant will be required to present valid government issued identification that matches the name on the applicable registration. Released Parties (as defined in Section 9, below) are not responsible for lost, late, stolen, damaged, incomplete, invalid, un-intelligible, garbled, delayed or misdirected registrations, all of which will be void. Released Parties are also not responsible if a Clinic does not take place as scheduled due to circumstances outside of Released Parties’ control, and in such case the Clinic will be cancelled in its entirety.

6. Winner Determination: Winners will be determined according to the process set forth below. During the Contest, qualified judges determined by Sponsor and Real Madrid in their sole discretion will score participants based on the following criteria (“Judging Criteria”):

40% – Game Performance
Evaluation of a player’s effectiveness during live gameplay, including decision-making, positioning, field awareness and ability to contribute to team dynamics.
40% – Technical Fundamentals
Assessment of core soccer skills such as dribbling, passing, shooting, defending and ball control during drills and exercises.
20% – Intangibles
Observation of non-technical attributes, including attitude, teamwork, sportsmanship, effort and coachability.

There will be 16 winners. At minimum, 2 winners will be selected from each Clinic Location. To ensure gender diversity among the winners, the top 4 scoring males and the top 4 scoring females from all Clinics combined will be deemed potential winners. Additionally,8 more potential winners will be selected based on the highest remaining score, regardless of gender, provided that if any Clinic Location does not yet have 2 winners after the first 8 potential winners have been determined, the highest-scoring remaining participant(s) from that Clinic Location will be selected before any remaining at-large selections are made. In the event of a tie, the participant of the applicable gender and Clinic Location (if necessary) who received the highest score for Game Performance, as determined by the qualified judges in their sole discretion, will be deemed the applicable potential winner from among the tied participants. Sponsor reserves the right to select fewer than 16 winners, if, in its sole discretion, there are not a sufficient number of eligible and qualified participants. Sponsor will not disclose judging scores.

7. Winner Requirements: Potential winners will be notified by email from Administrator on or around June 30, 2026. Each potential winner will be required to sign and return prize claim documents, including an IRS Form W-9 or other applicable tax documentation, which must be received by Administrator within 7 days of the date notice or attempted notice is sent, in order to claim the prize.

If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to execute and return the prize claim documents or provide any other requested information within the required time period (if/as applicable), does not comply with these Official Rules, or fails to participate in the scheduling of the trip as required by Sponsor, potential winner forfeits the prize. If a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, the prize may be awarded to a runner-up of the applicable gender and/or Clinic Location (if necessary), in Sponsor’s sole discretion . Only 3 alternate winners may be determined, time permitting, after which the applicable prize will remain un-awarded.

A PARTICIPANT IS NOT A WINNER OF THE CONTEST, EVEN IF NOTIFIED BY ADMINISTRATOR, UNLESS AND UNTIL POTENTIAL WINNER’S ELIGIBILITY AND COMPLIANCE WITH THE OFFICIAL RULES HAVE BEEN VERIFIED AND WINNER HAS BEEN NOTIFIED THAT VERIFICATION IS COMPLETE.

8. Prizes: 16 Grand Prizes -- A trip for each winner to Madrid, Spain (including 1 day orientation session in Chicago, IL), scheduled to take place November 18, 2026 through November 25, 2026. Trip package includes:

· One way, coach-class air transportation on Wednesday, November 18, 2026 from a major airport near winner’s home (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to Chicago, IL for orientation session;

· One way, coach-class air transportation from Chicago, IL to Madrid, Spain on November 19, 2026 and returning from Madrid, Spain to a major airport near winner’s home (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) on November 25, 2026;

· 1 night accommodations (single occupancy) at a hotel determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion in Chicago (November 18, 2026);

· 5 nights accommodations (single occupancy) at a hotel determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion in Madrid (November 20 – 24, 2026);

· Breakfast, lunch and dinner Thursday, November 19, 2026 through Wednesday, November 25, 2026;

· 4 soccer training sessions at Real Madrid training facility;

· 4 cultural and/or educational sessions, all details determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion;

· Match ticket for 1 Real Madrid soccer match (schedule permitting);

· Select transportation within Madrid;

· 1 gift bag consisting of soccer gear including backpack, jersey, hat, and water bottle; all details to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.

Sponsor will also provide each winner who validly executes an IRS Form W-9 a check for $2,000.00, which is intended to assist the winner with any federal, state, or other tax obligations related to the Grand Prize (the “Tax Gross-Up Payment”). A Grand Prize winner’s actual tax liabilities related to the Grand Prize could exceed the Tax Gross-Up Payment. Each Grand Prize winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, or other tax obligations related to the Grand Prize. Sponsor will not provide any further assistance toward a winner’s tax obligations.

Additional Prize Terms: Sponsor may, in its discretion, film and/or photograph winners during the Grand Prize trip (“Prize Footage”). All Prize Footage will be owned by Sponsor as set forth in the Publicity section below. Sponsor has no obligation to film Prize Footage or to use any Prize Footage that is filmed. Winner must travel on the dates determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion or prize will be forfeited. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Sponsor will make reasonable efforts to select travel dates acceptable to winner. Travel and accommodations are subject to availability. Sponsor will determine airline and flight itinerary in its sole discretion. No refund or compensation will be made in the event of the cancellation or delay of any flight. Travel is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Promotion, and those set forth by the Sponsor’s airline carrier of choice as detailed in the passenger ticket contract. All expenses and incidental travel costs not expressly stated in the package description above, including but not limited to additional ground transportation, additional meals, incidentals, gratuities, passenger tariffs or duties, airline fees, surcharges, airport fees, service charges or facility charges, personal charges at lodging, security fees, taxes or other expenses are the responsibility solely of winner. Winners must have proper identification and a valid credit card for hotel check-in and to cover incidental expenditures. Winners are solely responsible for obtaining valid passports, travel visas and any other documents necessary for international travel. Travel restrictions, conditions and limitations may apply. By traveling and attending trip related events, winners voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19 or other communicable illness. Sponsor will not replace any lost, mutilated, or stolen tickets, travel vouchers or certificates. Sponsor is not responsible if any trip related event is delayed, postponed or cancelled for any reason, in which event that portion of prize is forfeited in its entirety and no substitution will be provided except as in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $8,500.00. Actual value may vary based on airfare fluctuations and distance between departure and destination. Winner will not receive difference between actual and approximate retail value.

Prize is non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize (or a component thereof) for one of equal or greater value if the designated prize/prize component should become unavailable for any reason. Winners are responsible for all taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and/or use. Winners will receive an IRS Form 1099 MISC reporting the actual value of the prize received. All details of the trip prize will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Prizes are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. Limit: 1 prize per person.

9. Release: Each participant agrees to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Real Madrid Club de Fútbol, Administrator and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, advertising/promotion agencies and prize suppliers, and each of their respective parent companies and each such company’s officers, directors, employees and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all actions, claims, injury, loss or damage arising in any manner, directly or indirectly, from participation in this Promotion and/or acceptance, use, inability to use, misuse or redemption of a prize (including any injury or harm related thereto).

Sponsor’s decisions are final in all matters relating to the Promotion.

10. Publicity: Participation in the Promotion shall constitute and signify each participant’s agreement and consent that Sponsor and its designees may use the participant’s name, city, state, likeness, photo, voice, opinions, Contest Footage, and/or prize information and Prize Footage (if applicable) in connection with the Promotion for promotional, advertising or other purposes, worldwide, in any and all media now known or hereafter devised, including the Internet, without limitation and without further payment, notification, permission or other consideration, except where prohibited by law. Sponsor is not obligated to use any of the above-mentioned information or publicity materials but may do so and edit such information or materials at its sole discretion, without further obligation or compensation.

11. General Conditions: Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Promotion if any fraud, technical failures, human error, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion, or any event or cause beyond Sponsor’s control (e.g. events such as natural calamities, national emergencies, wide spread illnesses, declarations of war, acts of God, acts of terrorism) interferes with any aspect of the Promotion, including but not limited to fulfillment of the prize(s), as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. If terminated, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, determine the winners from among all Clinic participants evaluated up to time of such action using the judging procedure outlined above. Sponsor may also modify the prizes offered. In addition, Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the registration process, a Clinic, or the operation of the Promotion or to be acting in violation of the Official Rules of this or any other promotion offered by Sponsor or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies (including attorneys’ fees) from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

12. Limitations of Liability: Released Parties are not responsible for: (a) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by participant, printing, typographical or other errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Promotion; (b) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to, malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in the internet, phone lines or network hardware or software; (c) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the Promotion; (d) printing, typographical, technical, computer, network or human error which may occur in the administration of the Promotion, the uploading of registrations, the announcement of the prizes or in any Promotion-related materials ; (e) late, lost, undeliverable, damaged or stolen mail; or (f) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from participant’s participation in the Promotion or receipt or use or misuse of any prize (including any travel/activity related thereto). Released Parties are not responsible for misdirected or undeliverable registrations or for any technical problems, malfunctions of computer systems, servers, providers, hardware/software, lost or unavailable network connections or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmission or any combination thereof.

WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, EVERYTHING REGARDING THIS CONTEST INCLUDING THE PRIZES, IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

13. Indemnification: By participating in the Contest, you agree to indemnify and hold Sponsor, its subsidiaries, and affiliates, contractors and each of their respective members, employees, agents, attorneys and/or other partners, harmless from and against any and all claims, expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees, costs and settlement costs), damages, suits, costs, demands and/or judgments whatsoever, due to or arising out of: (a) your submission of a registration form, use of the website or participation in a Clinic; (b) your breach of these Official Rules; and/or (c) your violation of any rights of another individual or entity. The provisions of this section are for the benefit of Sponsor, its subsidiaries and/or affiliates, and each of their respective members, employees, agents, attorneys and/or other partners. Each of these individuals and entities shall have the right to assert and enforce these provisions directly against you on its behalf.

14. Disputes: EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED, EACH PARTICIPANT AGREES THAT: (A) ANY AND ALL DISPUTES, CLAIMS AND CAUSES OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR CONNECTED WITH THIS PROMOTION OR ANY PRIZE AWARDED SHALL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY, WITHOUT RESORT TO ANY FORM OF CLASS ACTION, AND EXCLUSIVELY BY THE UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT FOR THE NORTHERN DISTRICT OF ILLINOIS OR THE APPROPRIATE ILLINOIS STATE COURT LOCATED IN COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS; (B) ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, JUDGMENTS AND AWARDS SHALL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS INCURRED, INCLUDING COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH ENTERING THIS PROMOTION, BUT IN NO EVENT ATTORNEYS’ FEES; AND (C) UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL PARTICIPANT BE PERMITTED TO OBTAIN AWARDS FOR, AND PARTICIPANT HEREBY WAIVES ALL RIGHTS TO CLAIM, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES AND ANY OTHER DAMAGES, OTHER THAN FOR ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET EXPENSES, AND ANY AND ALL RIGHTS TO HAVE DAMAGES MULTIPLIED OR OTHERWISE INCREASED. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the participant and Sponsor in connection with the Promotion, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Illinois without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Illinois or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Illinois.

15. Participant's Personal Information: Information collected from participant is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy .

16. Winner List: For a winner list, please email abbottdreamteam@tsmgi.com with your request. The winner list will be available after winner confirmation is complete until September 10, 2026.
