Program Terms and Conditions
1.
Eligibility:
Check It for Ranch Rewards (the "Program") is open to legal residents
of the 50 United States (including D.C.), 18 years old or older at the time of
participation. Employees and contractors of The Clorox Company, Current Global,
Merkle Inc., and their parent and affiliate companies, as well as the immediate
family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each
such employee, are not eligible. Void where
prohibited.
3.
Timing:
The Program begins on August 29, 2025 at 1:00 p.m.
Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on September 1, 2025
at 11:59 p.m. ET (the "Program Period"). Sponsor has 1,000 $35
prepaid cards (each, a “Reward”) available to be claimed as part of the
Program. Instagram’s servers are the official time-keeping devices for the
Program.
4. How to
Claim a Reward:
Participation Requirements: To participate, you will need to have a personal, public Instagram account. Creating an
Instagram account is free but subject to Instagram’s Terms of Use. If entering
via a mobile device and using your wireless carrier’s network, standard data
charges from your wireless carrier may apply.
Post
Requirements: The first 1,000 eligible participants to take all of the following posting actions during the Program
Period and subsequently
complete the Reward claim online form delivered by direct message from Sponsor
(see Reward Notification and Claim Process below) will earn a Reward. Post time will be determined by Instagram
timestamp. An eligible participant
must both post and, if the post is valid and timely, complete the online form in order to receive the Reward.

Stories a photo of a bottle of Hidden Valley Ranch branded dressing, any variety, in your suitcase
OR use this image and:
o If posting to your Instagram inline feed, include @hidden.valley
and the hashtag #PackYourHiddenValleyRanchOffer in the original caption to your “Post”.
o
If posting to Instagram Stories, include @hidden.valley and the hashtag #PackYourHiddenValleyRanchOffer
as a text overlay on your “Post”.
o Note: You are not required to travel with your bottle of Hidden Valley Ranch. However, if you do undertake air travel with a bottle of Hidden Valley Ranch in your checked luggage, you should limit such travel to domestic flights. Checked baggage rules, including restrictions on liquids and food items, may vary by airline and country. If travelling internationally, it is your sole responsibility to review an comply with all applicable checked baggage rules and policies before travel.

Other than the presence of a bottle of Hidden Valley
Ranch dressing in your photo and the required @mention
and hashtag, your Post need not include any reference, positive or negative, to
Sponsor’s products or services, and including such a reference will not
improve your chance of claiming a Reward. However, your Post must not
violate any of the Content Restrictions listed below;

Your account settings must be public when you post
and remain public until all Rewards are claimed (as described in Reward Notification and Claim Process below); and
·
You must keep the same Instagram handle during the
Program Period and until all Rewards are claimed.
Content
Restrictions for your Post:
Your Post must meet all of the above requirements to be considered valid.
Sponsor, in its sole discretion, may disqualify any Post that it finds
unlawful, or in violation of these Official Rules.
Offer Limits: Post
timing will be determined based on Instagram timestamp. You may only
post one (1) time, either to your Instagram in-line feed OR to Instagram
Stories, and you may only receive one (1) Reward. Multiple participants are not
permitted to share the Instagram account. Any attempt
by any participant to obtain more than one (1) Reward by using
multiple/different Instagram accounts, email addresses, identities,
registrations and logins, or any other methods will void that participant's
Post and that participant may be disqualified. Use of any automated system to
participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. In the event of
a dispute as to the identity of a participant, Sponsor and Administrator will
rely on participant’s Instagram account handle and other information included
in their Instagram profile. If additional information provided by participant
to claim a Reward is inconsistent with the Instagram account used to
participate, Sponsor and/or Administrator may disqualify such participant and such disqualification may result in the
forfeiture of the Reward. Sponsor, in its discretion, may request additional
documentation from participant to confirm participant’s identity.
Reward
Notification and Claim Process: Administrator is an
independent organization whose decisions as to the administration and operation
of the Program are final and binding in all matters related to the Program. Starting on or about September 2, 2025 and over the course of approximately the
next 3 weeks, the first 1,000 eligible participants who posted a valid Post
during the Program Period, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion,
will receive a direct message from @hidden.valley on Instagram directing them to a secure online claim form to provide their name, email address,
mailing address and date of birth to confirm eligibility and for prize
fulfillment purposes within 2 days of the date notice or attempted notice is
sent into order to claim the Reward. If a potential Reward recipient is deemed
to be ineligible, cannot be contacted, fails to complete the online claim form
or provide any other requested information within the required time period, or the Reward is returned as undeliverable, the
potential Reward recipient forfeits the Reward. Receiving a Reward is
contingent upon compliance with these Terms and Conditions. In
the event that a potential Reward recipient forfeits the Reward or is
disqualified for any reason, Sponsor will award the applicable Reward to the
next eligible participant who posted in order to
participate in the Offer based on the time of the Instagram timestamp for the
Post.
Reward: There are 1,000 Rewards available to be claimed. Each Reward is one (1)
$35 prepaid card. Your use of the prepaid
card is governed by the Cardholder Agreement, and some fees may apply. This is
not a gift card. Please note that prepaid cards are subject to expiration, so
pay close attention to the expiration date of the card. Approximate Retail Value: $35. Rewards will be fulfilled
digitally within 8 – 12 weeks after the end of the Program.
5.
Release:
By participating in the Program, each participant agrees to release and hold
harmless Sponsor, Current Global, Administrator, and their respective
subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, advertising/promotion
agencies and Reward suppliers, and each of their respective parent companies
and each such company’s officers, directors, employees and agents
(collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all actions, claims,
injury, loss or damage arising in any manner, directly or indirectly, from
participation in this Sweepstakes and/or acceptance, use, inability to use,
misuse or redemption of a prize (including any injury or harm related thereto.
6.
Publicity:
Except where prohibited, participation in the Program constitutes recipient’s
consent to Sponsor’s and its agents’ use of recipient's name, likeness,
photograph, Instagram handle, Post, voice, opinions and/or hometown and state
for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or
consideration. Sponsor is not obligated to use any of the
above-mentioned information or publicity materials but may do so and edit such
information or materials at its sole discretion, without further obligation or
compensation.
7. General Conditions: Sponsor reserves the
right

Limitations of Liability: The Released Parties are not responsible for: (a) any
incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by participants, printing
errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in
the Program; (b) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to
malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections to the internet, in social media
platforms, phone lines or network hardware or software; (c) unauthorized human
intervention in any part of the Program, including but not limited to the
posting and/or Reward claim process; (d) technical or human error which may
occur in the administration of the Offer or the processing of Posts or Reward
claims; (e) late, lost, undeliverable, damaged or stolen mail; or (f) any
injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or
indirectly, in whole or in part, from participation in the Program or to the
receipt, use, inability to use or
misuse of any Reward. If for any reason an entrant's Post is confirmed to have
been erroneously deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, entrant’s sole remedy is post
another Post, if it is possible.
9.
Disputes:
Except where prohibited, participant agrees that: (a) any and all disputes,
claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Program or
any Reward awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form
of class action, and exclusively by the United States District Court for the
Eastern District of Michigan or the appropriate Michigan State Court located in
Oakland County, Michigan; (b) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be
limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with
entering this Program, but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (c) under no
circumstances will participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and
participant hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental
and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual
out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or
otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction,
validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Terms and Conditions, or
the rights and obligations of the participant and Sponsor in connection with
the Program, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws
of the State of Michigan, without giving effect to any choice of law or
conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Michigan or any other
jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any
jurisdiction other than the State of Michigan.
10. Severability: If the application of any provision of these Terms and Conditions to any
particular facts or circumstances shall for any reason be held to be invalid,
illegal or unenforceable by a court, arbitration panel or other tribunal of
competent jurisdiction, then (a) the validity, legality and enforceability of
such provision as applied to any other particular facts or circumstances, and
the other provisions of these Terms and Conditions, shall not in any way be
affected or impaired thereby; and (b) such provision shall be enforced to the
maximum extent possible. In addition, if any provision contained in these Terms
and Conditions shall for any reason be held to be
excessively broad as to duration, geographical scope, activity or subject, it
shall be construed by limiting and reducing it, so as to
be enforceable to the extent compatible with applicable law.
11.
Participant's Personal Information: Information collected from participants is
subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.
