Agreement to Terms and Conditions; Participants will be Disqualified for Violations:

Participation constitutes each participant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Terms and Conditions. All federal, state, and local laws apply and the Program is void where prohibited. Receiving a Gift (as defined in the How to Participate section below) is contingent upon fulfilling all of the requirements set forth herein. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between any other statements contained in any Program-related materials and the Terms and Conditions as posted on the Program Site (as defined in the How to Participate section below), the Terms and Conditions as posted on the Program Site shall prevail, govern and control. Participants agree that they may not use or attempt to use any method to obtain more than the stated number of permissible Gifts using robotic, automatic, programmed, or any other means (including but not limited to using multiple/different email addresses, physical addresses, identities, registrations and logins or any other methods). Violation of any of these requirements will void any Gift order for person(s) responsible for such action and result in their disqualification.

Timing:

The Program begins on November 19, 2025 at 1:00 p.m. Eastern Time ("ET"), ends on January 31, 2026 (the "Program Period") and consists of 2 “Phases.” Sponsor has 500 Gifts available to be claimed during Phase 1 of the Program and 1,450 Gifts to be claimed during Phase 2 of the Program, each while supplies last.
