These Official Rules include an
arbitration provision that may govern disputes between you and us. Unless you
opt out or where the law provides otherwise, this provision will eliminate your
right to a trial by jury and substantially affect your rights, including
preventing you from bringing, joining or participating in class or consolidated
proceedings.
Dairy Queen® Go for the Globe Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States (excluding Texas), the District of Columbia, and Canada (excluding Quebec) who are DQ® Rewards members and are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. This promotion will offer 1 Grand Prize to an entrant who resides in the United States and 1 Grand Prize to an entrant who resides in Canada. To receive the Grand Prize if you are a resident of the United States, you must be able to submit a valid IRS Form W-9. Employees of American Dairy Queen Corporation (“Sponsor”), Dairy Queen Canada Inc., Merkle Inc. (“Administrator”), and their parent and affiliate companies, Sponsor’s franchisees and their employees, as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible.
Participation constitutes each entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these official rules (“Official Rules”). The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited. Sponsor’s and Administrator’s decisions are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all the requirements set forth herein.
In the event
there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between any statement contained in any
Sweepstakes-related materials and these Official Rules, these Official Rules
shall prevail, govern and control.
Entrants may not attempt to
obtain more than the permitted number of entries by any means, including but
not limited to using multiple
email addresses, identities, or registrations, or by using any third-party
artificial intelligence sites/applications, or robotic, automated, or
programmed methods. Entrants may not tamper with the entry process, the
Promotion Site, or any related website, or network; circumvent any security
measures; act in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner; or take any other
action that in any way undermines the operation of the Sweepstakes or otherwise
violate these Official Rules. Sponsor may, in its sole
discretion, disqualify any entrant who engages in such conduct and void all
associated entries. Any attempt to deliberately undermine the Sweepstakes may
violate criminal and civil law, and Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any provision of these Official
Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

The Sweepstakes begins on June 29, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on July 26, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the "Promotion Period"). Sponsor’s servers are the official time-keeping devices for the Sweepstakes.
There are 2 methods of entry. All entrants must be a DQ Rewards member. Creating a DQ Rewards account is free but subject to the program Terms and Conditions.
This method requires use of a mobile device. Data rates apply. Please review your DQ Rewards Account profile to ensure that it is complete and includes your real name and email address. Inaccurate information could impact your ability to receive a Sweepstakes entry.
Step 1: During the Promotion Period, sign in to your DQ Rewards account through the DQ app on your mobile device. Locate the tile advertising this Sweepstakes on the home page of the app and follow the links and instructions to opt-in to this Sweepstakes and confirm agreement to these Official Rules.
Step 2: Once you opt in, purchase any size of any of the new BLIZZARD Treat Cup Lineup flavors: Mexican-Style Hot Chocolate/Cocoa, Strawberry Mango Flavored/Flavoured Mochi and Biscoff Cookie and connect your purchase to your DQ Rewards account (each a “Qualified Purchase”). You can connect your purchase to your DQ Rewards account using any of the following methods:
· making an online or in-app order for pick-up or delivery while logged into your DQ Rewards account;
· Showing your DQ Rewards account barcode/QR code to let the cashier at checkout scan your code before you pay; or
· Scan your receipt’s barcode using the app’s camera within 7 days of the purchase.
You will receive 3 entries into the applicable drawing associated with your country of residence for each Qualified Purchase. You may include up to 3 Qualified Purchases in a single transaction each day. Accordingly, you may earn up to 9 Sweepstakes entries per day.
Bonus
Entries
If you purchase at least 1 Qualified Purchase of each of the 3 new BLIZZARD Treat Cup Lineup flavors, you will receive an additional 15 Sweepstakes entries into the drawing for your country of residence. You can only receive these bonus entries 1 time.
For residents of the United States ONLY: If you purchase a Stars and Stripes Misty Float from June 29 – July 5, 2026 and connect the purchase to your DQ Rewards account you will receive an additional 3 Sweepstakes entries and 250 bonus DQ Points. You can only receive these bonus entries and bonus DQ Points 1 time.
To enter without purchase, print your name, address, phone number associated with your DQ Rewards Account, and email address on a piece of paper (herein “Paper Entry”). All mail in entries become the exclusive property of Sponsor, and none will be acknowledged or returned. Proof of sending or submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by the Sponsor. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, illegible, misdirected or postage-due entries, which will be disqualified.
For residents of the United States: Mail the Paper Entry in an envelope with proper postage to “Dairy Queen® Go for the Globe Sweepstakes,” c/o Merkle Inc., P.O. Box 5020, Department 869545, Kalamazoo, MI 49003-5020. You will receive 9 entries for each envelope that includes 1 Paper Entry. Limit: 28 envelopes. Additionally, you may also earn the Bonus Entries:
· By mailing 1 Paper Entry to the above address and including the word “Bonus” on the front of the envelope you will receive 15 Bonus Entries.
· By mailing 1 Paper Entry to the above address and including the phrase “Misty Float” on the front of the envelope to receive 3 Bonus Entries.
All mail-in entries must be sent/postmarked by July 26, 2026 and received by August 2, 2026.
For Residents of Canada: Mail the Paper Entry in an envelope with proper postage to “Dairy Queen® Go for the Globe Sweepstakes,” c/o Merkle Inc., P.O. Box 246 Department 263022, Pickering, ON CA L1V 2R4. You will receive 9 entries for each envelope including 1 Paper Entry. Limit: 28 envelopes. You may also earn 15 Bonus Entries by mailing 1 Paper Entry to the above address and including the word “Bonus” on the front of the envelope. All mail-in entries must be sent/postmarked by July 26, 2026 and received by August 2, 2026.
For residents of the United States: You may receive a total of 270 entries using any combination of the entry methods during the Promotion Period.
For residents of Canada: You may receive a total of 267 entries using any combination of the entry methods during the Promotion Period.
For all entrants: Multiple entrants are not permitted
to share the same email address or DQ Rewards account. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, Sponsor and
Administrator will rely on the DQ Rewards profile information provided when
enrolling in DQ Rewards program to identify the entrant. If entrant provides
information inconsistent with the DQ Rewards profile, Sponsor and/or
Administrator may disqualify such entrant and such disqualification may result
in the forfeiture of any prizes won. Sponsor, in its discretion, may require
additional documentation from entrant to show proof of entrant’s identity.
Administrator is an independent organization whose decisions as to the selection of the potential winners are final and binding. Administrator will randomly select the potential U.S. winner from all eligible entries received from U.S. residents during the Promotion Period and will randomly select the potential Canadian winner from all eligible entries received from Canadian residents during the Promotion Period. The drawings will occur on August 12, 2026 and Administrator will notify potential winners by email shortly thereafter. Each potential winner (or parent/legal guardian if winner is a minor in their state, province or territory of residence) will be required to sign and return a Declaration of Compliance, Liability Waiver and where not prohibited a Publicity Release ("Declaration"). The potential U.S. winner will also need to complete, sign and return an IRS Form W-9. The Declaration for the potential Canadian winner will include a multi-step math question. Potential winner must correctly answer this question without assistance. The Declaration and where applicable the Form W-9 must be received by Administrator within 5 days of the date notice or attempted notice is sent, in order to claim the prize. If a potential winner of any prize cannot be contacted, fails to sign and return the Declaration, the IRS Form W-9 (where applicable), correctly answer the skills testing question (where applicable), or provide any other requested information within the required time period, the potential winner forfeits the prize. Receiving a prize is contingent upon compliance with these Official Rules. In the event that a potential winner forfeits the prize or is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor will award the applicable prize to an alternate winner by random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries. Only 3 alternate drawings will be held, after which the prize will remain un-awarded.
2 Grand Prizes (1 for a US resident and 1 for a Canadian resident): A trip for winner and 1 guest to any destination worldwide (excluding countries designated Level 4 on the U.S. State Department Travel Advisory Site). Trip package includes round trip, coach-class air transportation for 2 from a major airport near winner’s home to winner’s selected location (departure and arrival airports determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion); 6 nights' accommodations at a hotel determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion (single room, double occupancy); $1,400 USD (approximately $1,950 CAD) spending money fulfilled as a check or ACH transfer; and round trip ground transportation to and from destination airport and hotel. Trip must be booked at least 30 days prior to departure and travel must occur within one year of winner confirmation or prize will be forfeited. Travel and accommodations are subject to availability and blackout dates. Travel must be round trip. Sponsor will determine airline and flight itinerary in its sole discretion. No refund or compensation will be made in the event of the cancellation or delay of any flight. Travel is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Sweepstakes, and those set forth by the Sponsor’s airline carrier of choice as detailed in the passenger ticket contract. All expenses and incidental travel costs not expressly stated in the package description above, including but not limited to, ground transportation, meals, incidentals, gratuities, passenger tariffs or duties, airline fees, surcharges, airport fees, service charges or facility charges, personal charges at lodging, security fees, taxes or other expenses are the responsibility solely of winner. Winners must have proper identification and a valid credit card for hotel check-in and to cover incidental expenditures. Unless child of winner, travel companion must be the age of majority or older (generally at least 18 years of age, but 19 in certain states and provinces and territories) as of the date of departure and must travel on same itinerary and at the same time as the winner. If winner is a minor in his/her state, province or territory of residence, travel companion must be winner’s parent/legal guardian. Travel companions must execute liability/publicity releases as a condition of accompanying winner on trip. U.S. winner and their travel companions are solely responsible for having a valid passport or REAL ID compliant driver’s license (if domestic travel is selected). If international travel is selected, winners and travel companions are solely responsible for obtaining a valid passport and any other documents necessary for international travel to their selected location. Additional travel restrictions, conditions and limitations may apply. By traveling winners and their travel companions voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19 or other communicable illness. If in the judgment of Sponsor air travel is not required due to winner’s proximity to prize location, ground transportation will be substituted for round trip air travel at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor will not replace any lost, mutilated, or stolen tickets, travel vouchers or certificates. ARV of this trip is $12,400 USD (or approximately $17,290 CAD): Actual value may vary based on airfare fluctuations, currency conversions, and distance between departure and destination. Winners will not receive difference between actual and approximate retail value. Prize is non-transferable, and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of equal or greater value if the designated prize should become unavailable for any reason. Winners are responsible for all taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and/or use. Winner from the United States will receive an IRS form 1099 that reflects the actual value of the prize received.
The odds of winning a prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received for the residents of each country during the Promotion Period.
Prizes
are non-transferable. Winner may select to accept the prize as a check or bank
transfer for the stated ARV above rather than taking the trip. Otherwise, no
substitution will be made except as provided in the Sponsor’s sole discretion
should the prize become unavailable. In this case, a prize of equal or greater
value will be offered. ARVs were determined as of the time these Official Rules
were published and the value of a prize may fluctuate.
A winner is not entitled to any difference between the ARV and the actual value
of the prize at the time the prize is awarded. All other costs and expenses
associated with acceptance of the prize that are not expressly set forth herein
shall be solely the winner’s responsibility. Winners will be
connected with travel agents after winner confirmation. Limit of
1 prize per person.
By receipt of any prize, winners agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Dairy Queen Canada Inc., Administrator and their respective franchisees, subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, advertising and promotion agencies and prize suppliers and each of their respective parent companies and each such company’s officers, directors, employees and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all actions, claims, injury, loss or damage arising in any manner, directly or indirectly, from participation in this Sweepstakes and/or acceptance, use, inability to use, misuse or redemption of a prize (including any injury or harm related thereto).
Except where prohibited, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes each winner’s consent and grant to Sponsor and its agents to use the following information about the winner (to the extent provided by winner as part of the entry or winner confirmation process): winner’s name, city, state, likeness, photograph, Sweepstakes entry, social handle and photo, voice, opinions and/or prize information for promotional advertising or other purposes, in any media without further notice, review, approval, payment or other consideration. Sponsor is not obligated to use any of the above-mentioned information or content but may do so and may edit these materials at its sole discretion, without further obligation or compensation. Sponsor will not use any of the above-mentioned information in a manner that is inconsistent with its Privacy Policy or applicable law.
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Sweepstakes, including but not limited to fulfillment of the prize(s), where any of the following “Issues” occur:
· Fraud;
· Technical failures;
· Human error;
· Any other factor that impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes; or
· Any event or cause beyond Sponsor’s control (e.g. events such as natural calamities, national emergencies, widespread illnesses, declarations of war, acts of God, acts of terrorism) that interferes with any aspect of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.
Where one or more of
the above Issues occurs, Sponsor will make reasonable efforts to award all
remaining Sweepstakes prizes by conducting a random drawing from among all
eligible entries received up to the date of the Issue; and/or modify the prizes
offered.
In no event will Sponsor be
obligated to award more than the stated number of prizes set forth in these
Official Rules. In the event that more winner notifications are distributed or
more prizes are claimed, due to a printing, production, seeding, computer, or
other error of any kind, than the stated number of prizes, Sponsor reserves the right to award
only the stated number of prizes based on the winner selection process
described in these Rules, or if necessary, through a random drawing from among those
entrants who were notified, confirmed to be eligible and where applicable, took
the required action(s) to claim the prize.
The Released Parties are not responsible for:
· Any incorrect or inaccurate information either provided by entrants or caused by printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes;
· Technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections to the internet, social media platforms, in phone lines or network hardware or software;
· Unauthorized human intervention in any part of the Sweepstakes, including but not limited to the entry process;
· Technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes, including but not limited to the processing of entries;
· Late, lost, undeliverable, damaged or stolen mail; delayed or misdirected entries or failure to receive entries due to limitation of third-party social network platforms;
· Entries that are erroneously deleted, lost or destroyed or corrupted. In this case, entrants sole remedy is to take the required actions to receive another entry(s) in the Sweepstakes, if it is possible; or
·
Any injury or damage to persons or property
which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from
entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes or to the receipt, use, inability to
use or misuse of any prize.
Disputes
will be resolved as outlined in the applicable DQ Terms and Conditions (U.S Terms or the Canadian Terms). Disputes will be resolved
by arbitration, unless you have timely opted out. In addition, except where prohibited,
entrant agrees that:

All
claims, judgments, and awards are limited to actual out-of-pocket costs
incurred, including costs associated with entering this promotion, but not
attorneys’ fees; and
·
Under
no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant
waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive,
incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for
actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights
to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.
For
New Jersey residents, these limitations may not apply where attorneys' fees,
court costs, or other damages are mandated by statute.
If any provision of these Official Rules is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by law. Remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. If any provision is determined to be overly broad, it will be limited and enforced to the extent allowed by applicable law.
Information collected from entrants who are residents of the United States is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Statement. Information collected from entrants who are residents of Canada is subject to the Sponsor’s Privacy Terms and Conditions.
