The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void in the states not expressly listed in the Eligibility section and where prohibited. Sponsor’s and Administrator’s decisions are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Winning the prize is contingent upon fulfilling all the requirements set forth herein, including both winner’s and guest’s consent to a confidential background check to confirm winner’s and guest’s eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules. If the background check reveals that a potential winner or guest has engaged in conduct that could damage the reputation of Sponsor or any of the Released Parties, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, the potential winner and/or guest may be disqualified.

In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between any statements contained in any Sweepstakes-related materials and these Official Rules, these Official Rules shall prevail, govern and control.

Prize Drawing and Winner Requirements:

Administrator is an independent organization whose decisions as to the selection of the potential winner are final and binding. Administrator will randomly select the potential Sweepstakes winner from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period on or around September 21, 2026, and will notify the potential winner by email. The potential winner will be required to sign and return a Declaration of Eligibility, Liability Waiver, where not prohibited, a Publicity Release and agreement to confidential background check (collectively "Declaration"), and an IRS Form W-9, which must be received by Administrator within 3 calendar days of the date notice or attempted notice is sent, in order to claim the prize. If the potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to sign and return the Declaration or the IRS Form W-9, or provide any other requested information within the required time period, the potential winner forfeits the prize. Receiving a prize is contingent upon compliance with these Official Rules. If the background check reveals that a potential winner or guest has engaged in conduct that could damage the reputation of Sponsor or any of the Released Parties, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, Sponsor may disqualify the potential winner and/or guest. In the event that the potential winner is disqualified for any reason or forfeits the prize, Sponsor will award the prize to an alternate winner by random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries. Sponsor will conduct 3 alternate drawings, time permitting. Thereafter, it shall be in Sponsor’s sole discretion to conduct further alternate drawings or to allow the prize to remain un-awarded.
