Prize Drawing and Winner Requirements:

Administrator is an independent organization whose decisions as to the selection of the potential winners are final and binding. Administrator will randomly select the potential Sweepstakes winners from all applicable eligible entries as set forth in the table in the Timing Section of these Official Rules.  Administrator will notify potential winners by email shortly thereafter. Potential Grand Prize winners will be required to sign and return a Declaration of Compliance, Liability Waiver, and where not prohibited a Publicity Release ("Declaration") and an IRS Form W-9, which must be received by Administrator within 3 days of the date notice or attempted notice is sent to claim their prize in order to claim the prize.  All other potential winners will be required to respond to the email prize notification by submitting the email address associated with their MLB Ballpark app within 1 day of the date notice or attempted notice is sent, in order to claim the prize. If a potential winner of any prize cannot be contacted, fails to provide the requested information, or sign and return the Declaration or the IRS Form W-9 within the required time period, or the prize is returned as undeliverable, the potential winner forfeits the prize. Receiving a prize is contingent upon compliance with these Official Rules. In the event that a potential winner is disqualified for any reason or forfeits any prize, Sponsor will award the applicable prize to an alternate winner by random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries. Up to 3 alternate drawings will be held, after which the prize will remain un-awarded.

You may be charged by your wireless carrier for use via mobile device. Therefore, it is recommended that you consult your wireless carrier's pricing plan. Use of any Major League Baseball game/event/exhibition ticket is subject to the standard terms, conditions, and health and safety policies applicable to the ticket. Seat locations at the game/event/exhibition and, unless otherwise stated in the prize description, exact game/event/exhibition date shall be determined in the sole discretion of Sponsor. Major League Baseball game/event/exhibition dates and times are determined in the sole discretion of the BOC and/or the applicable Club and may be subject to change. The terms and conditions of the tickets awarded as part of the prize will govern in the event a legal game/event/exhibition, as defined by Major League Baseball, is not played or held due to weather conditions, an act of God, an act of terrorism, civil disturbance, or any other reason. Each winner and their guest(s) agree to comply with all applicable ballpark and venue regulations in connection with the prize. Winners are solely responsible for travel and accommodations necessary.  Sponsor is not responsible if the game is delayed, postponed or cancelled for any reason, in which case that portion of prize is forfeited in its entirety. No substitution of prizes will be made except as provided in the Sponsor’s sole discretion should the prize become unavailable. In this case, a prize of equal or greater value will be offered. Winners are responsible for all taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and/or use. Grand Prize winners will receive an IRS Form 1099 MISC reporting the actual value of the prize received. ARVs are determined as of the time these Official Rules were published, and the value of a prize may fluctuate. A winner is not entitled to any difference between the ARV and the actual value of the prize at the time the prize is awarded. All other costs and expenses associated with acceptance of the prize that are not expressly set forth herein shall be solely the winner’s responsibility. Prizes will be fulfilled prior to game dates. Limit 1 World Series ticket per person and 1 other ticket prize per person.
