Participation constitutes each entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these official rules (“Official Rules”). The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void outside of the 50 United States, D.C., and where prohibited. Sponsor’s and Administrator’s decisions are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all the requirements set forth herein.

In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between any statements contained in any Sweepstakes-related materials and the Official Rules, these Official Rules shall prevail, govern and control.

Entrants may not attempt to obtain more than the permitted number of entries (as set forth in these Official Rules) by any means, including but not limited to using multiple email addresses, identities, or registrations, or by using any third-party artificial intelligence sites/applications, or robotic, automated, or programmed methods. Entrants may not tamper with the entry process, the Promotion Site, or any related website, or network; circumvent any security measures; act in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner; or take any other action that in any way undermines the operation of the Sweepstakes or otherwise violates these Official Rules. Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, disqualify any entrant who engages in such conduct and void all associated entries. Any attempt to deliberately undermine the Sweepstakes may violate criminal and civil law, and Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any provision of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

Method 2 - Enter through Facebook or Instagram, If Invited:

An eligible entrant who is logged in to their Facebook or Instagram account may be presented with a Facebook or Instagram sponsored post prompting the entrant to enter the Sweepstakes (the “Ad”). Sponsor will determine Ad placement in its sole discretion. Accordingly, only select Facebook or Instagram users will see and be able to enter via the Ad. To enter via the Ad, click on the in-Ad “Sign Up” button, accurately provide the required information: first name, last name, a valid email address and phone number, and check the box verifying you meet the eligibility requirements and agree to these Official Rules. Upon completion and submission of the registration form, you will receive 1 entry into the Sweepstakes. Entry Limits and Restrictions:

You are limited to 1 entry during the Promotion Period by either Method 1 or 2, regardless of whether you receive more than 1 invitation to enter or register. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same email address. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, Sponsor and Administrator will rely on the information submitted by the entrant to register for this Sweepstakes. Sponsor, in its discretion, may require additional documentation from entrant to show proof of entrant’s identity.  If any additional information provided by entrant is inconsistent with the information provided at registration for this Sweepstakes, the Sponsor and/or Administrator may disqualify such entrant and such disqualification may result in the forfeiture of any prize won.

Use of a Mobile Device:

If you choose to register and/or enter using a mobile device, standard message and data rates may apply in accordance with your personal mobile service plan. Check details of your plan prior to using a mobile device to enter. A mobile device is not required to participate.

Prize Drawing and Winner Requirements:

Administrator is an independent organization whose decisions as to the selection of the potential winner are final and binding. Administrator will randomly select the potential Sweepstakes winner in a drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period through all entry methods combined, on or around June 3, 2026 and will notify the potential winner by email. Potential winner must take any actions outlined in the email notification within 4 days of the date notice or attempted notice is sent in order to claim the prize. Failure to provide all required information within the stated time period may result in forfeiture of winner’s right to claim the prize, and may result in the prize being awarded to an alternate winner. If the potential winner cannot be contacted, and/or fails to  provide any requested information, or the prize is returned as undeliverable, the potential winner forfeits the prize. Receiving the prize is contingent upon compliance with these Official Rules. In the event that potential winner is disqualified or forfeits  prize for any reason, Sponsor will award the prize to an alternate winner by random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries. Only 3 such alternate drawings will be held, after which the prize will remain un-awarded if it is not claimed.
