How to Enter:

Enter through Facebook, Instagram or TikTok, If Invited:

An eligible entrant who is logged in to their Facebook, Instagram or TikTok account may be presented with a Facebook, Instagram or TikTok sponsored post prompting the entrant to enter the Sweepstakes (the “Ad”). Sponsor will determine Ad placement in its sole discretion. Accordingly, only select Facebook, Instagram or TikTok users will see and be able to enter via the Ad. To enter via the Ad, click on the in-Ad “Sign Up” button, and accurately provide the required information: first name, last name, a valid email address and optionally phone number, and check the box verifying you meet the eligibility requirements and agree to these Official Rules. Upon completion and submission of the registration form, you will receive 1 entry into the Sweepstakes. In addition to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, as outlined below in these Official Rules, entries through the Ad are also subject to Meta’s Privacy Policy found at Facebook Privacy Center and Instagram Privacy Center or TikTok’s Privacy Policy, as applicable.

Entry Limits and Restrictions:

You are limited to 1 entry during the Promotion Period, regardless of whether you receive more than 1 invitation to enter or register. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same email address. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, Sponsor and Administrator will rely on the information submitted by the entrant to register for this Sweepstakes. Sponsor, in its discretion, may require additional documentation from entrant to show proof of entrant’s identity. If any additional information provided by entrant is inconsistent with the information provided at registration for this Sweepstakes, the Sponsor and/or Administrator may disqualify such entrant and such disqualification may result in the forfeiture of any prize won.

Use of a Mobile Device:

If you choose to enter using a mobile device, standard message and data rates may apply in accordance with your personal mobile service plan. Check details of your plan prior to using a mobile device to enter. A mobile device is not required to participate.

Prize Drawing and Winner Requirements:

Administrator is an independent organization whose decisions as to the selection of the potential winners are final and binding. Administrator will randomly select the potential Sweepstakes winners in a drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period through all entry methods combined, on or around August 4, 2026 and will notify the potential winners by email. The potential Grand Prize winner will be required to sign and return a Declaration of Compliance, Liability Waiver and where not prohibited a Publicity Release ("Declaration") and IRS Form W-9, which must be received by Administrator within 3 days of the date notice or attempted notice is sent, in order to claim the prize. All other potential winners will be required to provide their name, home mailing address (P.O. Boxes not permitted) and date of birth to confirm eligibility and for purposes of prize fulfillment within 3 days of the date notice or attempted notice is sent, in order to claim the prize. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, and/or fails to provide the Declaration (as applicable) or any requested information within the required time period, or a prize is returned as undeliverable, the applicable potential winner forfeits the prize. Receiving a prize is contingent upon compliance with these Official Rules. In the event that a potential winner is disqualified or forfeits a prize for any reason, Sponsor will award the prize to an alternate winner by random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries. Only 3 such alternate drawings will be held, after which the prize will remain un-awarded if it is not claimed.
